Nevermind, I just saw something that said "essentials only and "full version" I clicked Full Version and it fixed it. I cannot imagine anyone usng Essentials Only, it is really hard to use but I guess if someone is on dial up, it might be better. I have no idea how it got changed... I blame Comcast.

Sometimes it is a server side issue, and requires a quick restart.
 
I imagine that an admin caught it.

I was like that for me for most of today - 9 until about 5

No. That's not it. The "essentials only" -view is not what's in your attachment. This is at least the third or fourth time that this new software goes unusable like that. And every time it has lasted for many hours.

Happens quite often.
