I remember seeing some History Channel or Science Channel special about five years ago where people took modern scientific abilities to look at the evidence and, with some serious photo-enhancing work you could see someone dressed as a police officer with that distinctive hat standing behind the fence on the grassy knoll holding a gun. Now, supposedly, someone who has kept quiet all these years is telling a similar story.
As for me, I didn't need all of that to realize that the kill shot came from the FRONT and not the rear. When a bullet hits someone there's usually a small opening on the way in and a much larger opening on the way out. Unless the gun is pressed against the skin, there's little chance of material blowing back towards the shot yet we've all seen JFK's head snap
