I'm wondering because I placed an order with them, they've charged my card, but so far it is just "licence delivery pending". Has me a little concerned since it has been a couple days, and since normally businesses don't charge your card until they can ship/deliver.

Yes, they are legit. It does take a day to get your order. Little wait but at a great price. I am sure since Black Friday they are a little backed up with orders.

Contact them if you like. Any company can miss an order during a big uptake. They tend to do top of the pile when executing orders so there can be a delay. I would email them. I've done that before. You're only asking about the state of your order.
 
They are legit and safe.

I don't mind waiting, I was just concerned since they'd charged but not delivered. Some companies do that, but it is often the sign of a scammer so I wanted to check here. If they are legit, I can wait because, as you say, I'm sure they are busy.

They were advertised on a Toontrack email ad just recently. They must be legit. Also, they look like they offer some good bundles.

I've bought many things from them and never had a problem. They can be a bit slow to fill during these big sales. If you haven't heard in a day or two you might reach out to them, but if you can have a little patience I would guess they haven't gotten to you. I just got my IK Total Studio filled yesterday (order placed Friday I think) and I placed an order for CLA Classic Comps yesterday or Saturday and still waiting to get filled. I have ZERO doubt it will fill though - they always do...
