Or is it the same as X1 ? Any lingering bugs or issues from the VS700 been fixed? I've heard 8.5 was the best yet in VS700 stability and compatibility, will this be as solid as 8.5? I've heard some issues with X1 and the VS700 so what the verdict in X2 any planned or completed improvements?

I think many of us have a lot riding on this implementation/integration.....

I agree, there have to be something for VS700 users to finalize the total bug free integration once again. Considering it was once there but now gone.

I hope to finally be able to properly use instrument tracks.
Improvements ... honestly I don't believe there are gonna be any (like e.g. zooming @ PRV).

I know I won't be jumping in the water if us VS users are an after thought this time.

So how impressed were you on the X2 webinar? I see some cool stuff, but I still don't know anything about integration with the VS. I think if it was improved or different they'd have show us.

that being said, he added he don't have the bug fix sheet in front of him.

So maybe some bugs were fixed but for sure, nothing new for us.

He told that Cake's engineers have worked hard on stability. Don't know what this mean for vs users...

I mean after all the bug issues listed in these VS700 threads it would be tragic for CW to just overlook them, and then come out with a new OS and totally forget about VS700 users and issues.

This is so sad. Just bad luck, I guess.

Thy didn't even touch the VS during the whole webinar, they just had it there.
