I don't have it in my account either. It would be nice to be offered this even though I already have both Revalver and Nectar elements, but seriously...Everything in Sonar X3 is better than everything in Nectar Elements and Revalver sucks. I would give it to someone if Peavey would allow transfers.

I went to the support page, and you can select Nectar Elements on the dropdown...
it just gives a link to Izotope's support page...

I got the Nectar elements with Sony Sound Forge Pro. Then I upgraded, well actually just bought, the bundle.
Not sure it was worth the money but maybe after I play with it a while...
Anybody else take a shot at it?

I suspect it is just taking them some time to get all the accounts updated.

They must be too busy updating accounts to answer support emails...2 days now...

In this day and age, updating accounts can be done with batch processing...I don't seriously
think they are "Manually" updating accounts.  It's a database...select all accounts with AK Studio,
or whatever the "Criteria" is, add NE, done....I think there is something else going on here...as they
haven't even responded to the Support Inquiry...

They are in Sweden so there's a time factor and in my dealings they usually have a day or two between responses.  Not overly responsive but they get back eventually in my experience.

Although the updates can be done in batch, this means mistakes can be done in batches. I realize they are a small company in a timezone about 12 hours or so from mine probably being slammed with tons of email. There are so many possible explanations that come into play. Since nobody mentioned correspondence it is highly open.

I did manage to find the peavy thingy by looking in NEWS. That was from last year. No Nectar tho. Doesn't matter as I've got N2 but I thought I might put elements on the VO box in the A suite.

I just find it hard to get too bent out of shape over a freebie. I bought AK becaue I liked it. If I get a freebie fine, but certainly nothing to get upset about since I was a happy customer 24 hours ago. I will simply wait and see how it pans out. I have no doubt XLN will rectify or offer explanation shortly
