Hi guyz , i just bought the V collection from Arturia ...and after entering the reg and got the code for elincer ...i have not recieved any link to down load installers ?
 
The thing is that when i bought the Minilab , i never receive their email for the installer link , a chance it was written on the card in the package , but for the V collection , it was a electronic delivery ...so nothing but serials ....

This is from memory (been a while since I purchased a new Arturia product) but I think you just go to the user area and download the latest version, so I doubt if they send a link.
Have you checked to see if your product shows up in your account?

Thks , i went to upadte and got my products , on my account , no code since the last time i sw it after the reg process while i have a code for my analog lab , 
 
Zero mail for both product has been receieved ,
 
I applied to support form received an email of confirmatio of uspport with the link to check the sattust , both times the link doesn't work "googme unambe ot go to §....bla bla"
 
and on my account , the uspport history is clean !!! nothing

By the way , anybody has the problem with note stuck in prophet V : the hold is switch on every Play/stop in sonar ?7
