Thanks.  I initially misread your post thinking it was 60% off; this was clearly my fault.  When I reread your post I saw that you you correctly wrote "up to 60% off".  Went to the Boulder Sounds product page and here are the sales for Mandolin and Banjo:  for the Mandolin it is 25% which results in a sale price of $44.95; for the Banjo it is 30% off which results in a sale price of $42.00.  These are still good prices.
