I did have something vaguely like this a few years ago - I am desperately trying to remember exactly what it was though!!
It was in superior and I had various kit pieces missing in one of the packages - I think what cured it was a TOTAL uninstall and re-install - however I did not have that many packages at the time and it was fairly painless - now I have quite a few and it would be a ROYAL PITA. I don't know how many you have, if not too many it might be the thing to do.
Hope that helps a little

From Toontrack,

Hi Clint,

Sorry for the delay. We are still awaiting to hear from our programmers.

We can not send you a disc because all physical discs contain license numbers. If we were to send you a disc we would be supplying an extra license number that has not been paid for.

That's odd, I have a VSSD box that I got when I purchase download version of SDXs, That box contains DVD's with every SDX and EZX available at that time. You can install any of them but not run it without the serial number, which is purchased separately.

Looks like you cannot purchase it separately http://www.toontrack.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=123528
You could however see if they will send you one. It does not contain license numbers so the argument is not valid.

Edit - Someone is selling VSSD boxes via Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Toontrack-Music-VSSD-installers-titles/dp/B007X0AQLI - $ 149.95, somebody is going to be very unhappy if they think they can use any of it without buying a licence!

...and still nothing from Toontrack. They are making a huge Addictive drums fan out of me.

To help you out, I just took the time to uninstall my Latin Percussion EZX, download the website library and install it.  I have reproduced your problem and I will report it through the betatester access.

I did some further testing and the actual sound library is fine as far as I can tell.  Opening up the Latin Percussion EZX within Superior Drummer works as expected.  The Latin Percussion library hasn't had an update and I think that one of the EZdrummer updates might have broken something with it's relationship with the download library.  Maybe a config file.

Since I have had the Latin Percussion EZX since the time when it was on a DVD, I never saw an issue.  Don't know why.

The good news is that the actual pieces are there and play via a keyboard controller or via the grooves in the browser.

I've created a problem report for you.

Thanks a lot! I really, really appreciate you taking the time on my behalf. I'm glad it isn't my PC or a registry issue. Your kindness will be returned if I ever get the opportunity. I have sent you my e-mail.

That worked! Toontrack sent me the fix this morning. Thanks for finding it for them!

It was nothing but a chance to prove that I don't always post gripes about SONAR.
