It would be nice if they revamped Kitcore too, I don't have much interest in the audio loops in Drumcore but there are some nice kits and excellent MIDI in Kitcore, the Luis Conti latin percussion and the Michael Shrieve kits cover areas where my other drum programs are weak. The program is not 100% trouble free in 64 bit Sonar, even using JBridge and the MIDI is in a propriatory format until you drag it into a track.

Yeah, I always liked some of the Kitcore stuff too, but it's not stable enough in 64.

Well i'll be, thought my Kitcore Deluxe and expansion stuff had long ago been consigned to the draw of old and unusable software!!
This was probably the first drum rompler I purchased after moving from Cubase to Sonar years ago - of course whilst using Cubase my first drum package was Groove Agent - this was a great concept - still pretty unique and could have been so good, but of course NEVER worked properly!!!!! That along with all the other Stinkburg products that they just dropped HAVE ALL definitely been consigned to the draw of old and unusable software!!

FYI, I am pretty sure on Steinberg forum it was stated that the next groove agent is in the works. I am also pretty sure that Sonoma said at this time Drumcore and not Kitcore would be updated. Wasn't Drumcore also able to play midi kits? I haven't used it in awhile.

Googleing Drumcore 4 not a lot comes up appart from the KVR thread, but I do recall seeing something else.
 
I am pretty sure the MIDI kits were supported by Drumcore, it added the audio loops.  Of course if they only update Drumcore, that would make an expensive upgrade for Kitcore owners.
 
Like Sampletank, I would have been happy with a 64 bit player for my existing kits.

same here with kitcore, a simple update to 64bit (so it would work!) would have been enough - by now I think they must have just about lost their complete user base as kitcore is just too unstable in a 64bit environment.
I used a friends Drumcore a couple of times years ago but to be honest I don't remember the differences between drumcore and kitcore, except of course Drumcore was VERY expensive and kitcore was not!
With Groove Agent, as I said previously there was a potentially good product buried deep inside this, but stinkberg never did make this a proper and usable product in my view - I upgraded three times (mainly to make it stable in the first instance, then to hopefully get it to deal with midi in a sensible fashion) but the last version introduced features that where great, but did not work properly,  so I gave up.
I of course wrote and had a little complain (as they also dropped software overnight that I had spent quite a bit of money on) so they deleted my account!!!!!!!! 
I would only ever upgrade my Groove Agent and Cubase if they perhaps decided that the way they acted in the past was simply WRONG - if they had acted in a slightly more reasonable manner, then PERHAPS they might still have a user - DREADFUL COMPANY
