Naw...not a bit.  You fellers is aces in my book.  I'm just a tad sorry I tangentialized this thread for my own ravings...accurate tho they may be;-)

Yep. I thought you were a bit harsh myself.

Obi, my main PC is not online. I have amplitude 2 Live. I got it in the CW store. Then I also have Amplitube 3 free with some CS amps. So as it stands, hard hard is it now to get something I buy in the CS on my home PC and transfer to my music PC, which is offline.

I also am wondering if I am eligible to get a 64b update to the Classic Reverb suite I got from a offer when I got a upgrade version of Sonar.

I am thinking of getting this deal before it ends.

You update your reverb to 64bit by installing the free TRacks with CS.

I must not have realized that the older demographic clamoured for a gear credit payment system modeled after Microsoft's since sunsetted Xbox video game payment method. While we have IK here, please explain how you were listening to the older demographic while coming with that.

Also, please explain how your older or younger users benefit from frequent sales that for all intents and purposes lock out existing users or require users to buy multiple copies of licenses already owned? Other than that gear credit sale (see point one), how does IK feel this type of marketing endears existing users?

Look up my user account, I have bought a ton of IK software over the years, and like most of it. However, as an intelligent person (of any age), I am pretty disappointed with the whole direction IK has taken.

So I won't need to buy an update? That would be kool.

While I don't like the i-stuff too much, you can't knock the company for being innovative and at the forefront of the next best thing.

You do not have to buy anything. Download the new (and free) T-racks CS and/or Amplitube CS and install. Open up the custom shop and click restore gear. Everything you own will now be 64bit.

Yup. No need to buy an update, the CSR update is free. Now for offline computers the AmpliTube Custom Shop has an offline process, but the T-Racks Custom Shop doesn't yet. Something we are working on.

And a final reminder that this promo ends today.
