I thought about your complaint about all these sales and I understand where your coming from but what about this. If they did not have all these sales, would ST3 be more expensive when it comes out? Maybe all these sales are designed to keep the cost of ST3 as low as possible for us when it does come out. iStuff or not it is still their business.
This. Times a million. Because of our iOS and mobile accesories taking off we have grown a ton in the last 3-4 years. We have hired more developers and have released more than IK ever has. Even if you remove everything mobile. We have released more desktop software/updates in the last 3 years than all software released in the previous 10 years.
People make all these iJokes about iK. The only thing IK focuses on is Music creation. Whether it be live on stage, in the studio or on the go. Musicians First. We make tools we'd like to use. We have iPhones, iPads, Macbooks, Windows and Androids. We make stuff for what we use. It just so happens we are more well known for our iOS apps and mobile accessories, cool. We still haven't forgotten what we started with and ramped it up. But our own success has dwarfed that side. We aren't stopped or slowing down.

Hmm, my guess is that their business practices are based off basic supply and demand. They produce what sells.
Yeah, which is why we do these sales on software you guys may already have. Not everyone has it, like Peter stated earlier, we have the data that tells us differently and work towards what people want.
