I have had nothing but problems with it trying to run it on win7.  thanks for the tips, I will try to run it on a boot up CD and see if that helps.
 
I have not upgraded to 2013 because I have hated it.  it doesn't do what I tell it to do.
 
I have been trying to figure out where to go from here, tho.
