Yup...total joke.  Like the Onion.  And I think ol SP is several many bricks shy of a load.  But it's a dang good joke and "almost" believable.  Dern it.
 

It was true that a dj posing as Nicholas Sarkozy asked her if she liked penthouse's new article, nailin' Palin, and she answered talking about the liberal media. I heard that interview during the election campaign.

The irony is that the hysteria surrounding Palin's alleged "stupidity" is pretty stupid itself. She's not exactly Einstein but I don't think she's dumb, and most of the outrageous things she is purported to have said have turned out to be either outright lies, distortion or taken completely out of context. I think there's an element of sexism in it too - right from the get go she was painted as a bimbo by those who opposed her.

All politics aside.  Honest.  She's proven time and time again she's not bright in the least.  Vocal? Yes. Opinionated? Certainly. But intelligent...not so much.  Depending, of course, on where one sets the bar to judge her by which, at least for me, I've had to steadily and inexorably lower (it's almost touching the ground now) since she was thrust into the public eye...much like a sharp stick. YMMV.
