Must be an iPad thingy...they show up on my studio computer...but not on my iPad.  Thanks!

It's a Flash thing. We're working on a website overhaul, which will involve removing Flash usage so that things like the audio demo player will work on all devices.

Yes,

Thanks Greg and Orange Tree Samples for the Great Sale, Gifts, and Contests.

Besides going back to the Group Buy for the free Angelic Zither, I had to make another purchase while I was there. Hope that's OK.

I don't know Rick - the last thing anyone would want is even more sales!

For the record, I finally made my purchase of 4 just a few minutes ago.

So, if you had to choose only 3 instruments from Orange Tree sample, what there would be ? I know the choice is dependant of your personal needs, but, despite that, what are the ones which make you tell : Wow, it's so expressive and easy to get this expressiveness that it surely becomes my go to instrument and I couldn't pass over it!
If you could help me to make a choice, it would be great.

Only downloaded them last night Peter - haven't installed or tried them yet, so I wouldn't be able to say but, I already have AmpleSounds Acoustic Guitar, & others.

Therefore I passed on the Acoustic version of OTS, but I'll bet it's damn good!

I would have gone for that otherwise.

I did go with the Rick & Cherry Basses though, as well as the Lap Steel Guitar.

But again, I've not tried them yet.

Thanks very much for the feedback jimusic !
Oh, it's a pity you haven't tried them already, just to have your first impressions
Precisely, speaking about the basses, I had a little struggle with most Trillian electric basses to get what I wanted (at least, I find certain articulations not very flexible), and maybe choosing the Cherry which seems to be very versatile, could do the trick (?)

Yes, I plan to fire them up tonight.

Cherry might do the trick, but I remember someone asking about the bass libraries and the suggestion was made to get 'Rick' for versatility.

See posts # 62 & 63 of this thread about this.

I have the acoustic and Rick.....both very good. The Rick has some excellent presets to get you going right off the bat.....+ lots of options to tweak your sound. IMO Peter, you can't go wrong with any of the libraries from OTS......I've yet to see a complaint on any of them.
