Congratulations and Thank You Greg. Also, Thanks to edrummist for joining in and making things interesting!
Thanks! I almost missed that post!
I love the fun of Group Buys and there's no developer I'm a bigger fan of than Orange Tree Samples.
Funny, I while back, I was sharing with Greg all the guitar and bass libraries I own and how he's either rendered them useless by creating superior and more playable libraries or relegated them to only being supplemental players to his libraries and he tells me, "You're a sample hoarder!" and sends me the below video -- mostly for a laugh, but I think he was partially serious (and somewhat correct)! In my case, just consider some of the drum libraries I own -- and this list was just made offhand, I'm certain I'm forgetting a bunch of libraries: Superior Drummer and extensions, ezDrummer and extensions, Addictive Drums and extensions, BFD Eco (it's just a matter of time before I pick up BFD 3) Steven Slate Drums, Ocean Way Drums, Infinite Drums, Drum Masters, Neil Peart Drums, Abbey Road 60s Drums, Studio Drummer, Waves Factory Tea Towel kit and numerous individual kits for KONTAKT.
Anyhow, here's the video on "data hoarding." I find it hilarious:
