I updated to trigger 2 last night and can't get it to work. It's a separate plugin from trigger 1 which is cool. When I insert it on a kick track there's just silence. The input meters are registering but the output meters are not therefore no sound. Trigger 1 still works like a champ.
Anyone else update to Trigger 2 and having trouble in X-3?

Did you load the new libraries? The old libraries will not work with Trigger 2.
 
I have not installed it yet. I will later today or tomorrow.

Yes I loaded all the new libraries. I made separate folders for trigger 2. I got a support ticket made and got a response on Saturday night!! I sent him a couple of pics of my settings page and an iLok page which he requested. He said he would catch up with me on Monday.
I read in the manual that at the top of the settings page beside the word Plugin it should say EX or Platnum and mine doesn't it says 64bit version 1.0.2 Don't know if that means anything but he wanted a pic of that screen. I got the EX version.

Mr Ashley Smith from Slate Digital is the one who has been helping me said it was a License issue and he deposited a new license in the iLok Manager but problem is I don't see the license in there. But its ok, I still cant believe ive gotten help over the weekend. So I know we'll get it worked out!
 

Got mine working just fine and on the settings page mine says Platinum!

Yea ive got all of Slate's stuff and never had a problem. Just don't understand why I don't see the new license in the iLok manager. I even updated to the new version of iLok manager which is ver 2.2.2 but that didn't help. I'm sure we'll get it worked out tomorrow.

Same problem here ,,, Ashley from Slate had me do the same with no luck ,,, I even tried it on Pro Tools 11 ,,,, Didn't work there either .... Studio one doesn't work . So it must be a Windows 7 problem

Got my license issue worked out and Trigger 2 works like a champ!! Thanks to Ashley from Slate Digital!!
