Forbes Magazine just named Russia's president Vladimir Putin as the most powerful person in 2013. President Obama number two and the Chinese President numero tres.

He is certainly a strong leader, maybe not a better leader...then again I guess it is according to whee you sit... in any case I'll give him props. I think there is a strong argument for Merkel and whoever the current chirman is in China... he may out manuver them all.

One thing is certain, things change. There was a time when Hitler was arguably the most powerful man in the world and even Time magazine's man of the year.. but that changed, huh?

All I know is that Putin is a lousy tipper. Also, that bit where he refuses to tip saying, "In Russia, waiter tips you," is getting old. Obama's not much better. He talks a lot, orders more desserts, and tries to skip out on the check. Xi Jinping just glares at you and you somehow get the feeling he's thinking that soon, the whole world will work for him.

I don't care who gives the orders. I just want to know who's paying the bill. I think I have an idea.

Yup--Beating up all the sissy-boys and tom-boys makes Putty the toughest kid on the school-yard.
Now if Obama can just drop a few more drones and.......start another..............
NEVER MIND...........
