Bitwig Studio has had Auto Plugin Scanning...and VST 3 support...

One feature it has..that is EXCEPTIONAL, is VST Plugin Crash Protection...

If a plugin crashes...the program DOES NOT...it continues to work...
and all you have to do is restart the plugin and carry on...

Hope X...whatever ...gets this...great and time saving (and work saving) feature...

I AM NOT PROMOTING BITWIG STUDIO....just want to make that clear....I saw this and 
thought it was a great feature...

Studio 1 handles plug crashes very well. It tells you what went wrong and bypasses the plug.

I have Studio One, and it's never crashed on me...so wasn't even aware of this...

FWIW...I think the way this is done in Bitwig is brilliant...and if S1 does the same..that's 
a great thing....we'll have to get it on the "Feature Request" list for Noel...

I am fed up waiting for them to release it.. I would buy that instead of abelton, due to the awful service they gave me (4 weeks after taking my money.. no product!!)
