* Fixes AAX Parameter change host-crash issue and all other known AAX issues.

* Fixes all known issues for VST and AU.

* Fixes "installed Expansions Packs were previously erased by the installer" issue

* Fixes two issues in the EQ, HF Soft, and Damping filters that somehow crept into previous builds.

* Tags all presets with Author Name/Info, and assigned OS and Modulation options to all.

* Re-optimized gain for all presets so that all presets have the same RMS level.

I got the info from Den who does the custom presets.

OK - but it's a shame we don't get much in the way of communication from 2AC though

Yes, not sure why that is unless it's not quite ready for prime time.
