Are there 365 people left in the world that don't already have these instruments?

Oh, yes, but they need to know nothing about IKM too.
That's the culprit...

Yeah RT..if they (or you) want to pay $19 (each) to have the license transfered....

Ah, yet another thing we can use Jam points for! So it would cost me $9.50, using jam points, to xfer the license to the potential buyer. So if I could sell the license for $20, I could make $10.50. That's enough to buy some iCrap with.

Well boy oh boy, I gotta say that's quite a nifty little set up IK has going on.

You lay your money down - wait a few days for a license or 2 - download the new and 'completely useless' Authorization Manager, [as if the last one wasn't bad enough], and then after entering your serial numbers you're asked to download your products, and 'not to close this window until they're all installed'.

Ok - fair enough so far.

But then when you click on either of your products 'Download' links you're greeted with a big fat '403 Forbidden'!

Well how convenient - for IK that is!
..............................................
Edit: Ok things are a little better now. The new Authorization Manager didn't work, but the old one we're not supposed to use did.

If you buy through eSoundz you also get a free expansion pack thrown in. They also have the expansion packs for $15 each.

Also for $15, the Infinity player Kapsules for Kontakt which I believe are based on the same core samples as the ST expansions. These will work in the player version if you have an Infinity Player licence.

Seeing as once again IK's Jam Points are useless, I'd say if you're getting in on this go through eSounds.

Thats odd, if you can't get your sounds downloaded entirely in the first month, let me know and I'll get support to give you another month for the downloads. This doesn't happen often, but we are more than forgiving in these types of circumstances.

Thanks Obi - I appreciate that.

It was actually the instruments themselves that wouldn't download, but I took the advice of others here and went to my User Area and got them ok.

As for that actual sounds, I just finished getting all the zip files today and last night.
Quite a lot of them - filled up 37 GB of my 40 GB USB drive I used to transfer them to my off-line rig.

Anyway, it's all good.

Forgive my earlier rant - in hind sight, seems that I was just in a bit of an 'off' mood.

So I have all 5 of these and they all open up just fine as stand alones, but only 4 open in the DAWs.

For some reason Miroslav Philharmonik doesn't show up in the DAWs, nor in the list of instruments as the others do.

Is there something I'm missing about this particular one?

I installed them all at the same time, one after the other in their default locations.

Thanks,

James

Hi jim usic,

If you haven't already, Try a system search for Philharmonik.dll to make sure it was installed. If so, check to make sure it is included in Sonars scan path.

When I installed mine Windows 7 64bit always came back and asked me if the program installed properly when I installed the vst and the libraries. Just a possibility that something went astray...

Hi Rick,

I am able to locate that MP.dll easy enough, as I'm always careful to place and acknowledge where my programs are installed, so I don't think that's the problem.

However, now that I think about it, I have noticed that the other 4 do not show any of their respective .dlls in the same locations [folders] as where the Miroslav Phil .dll was installed.

So perhaps that's it.

Also, is there a chance that Miroslav Phil. is 64 Bit and the others aren't?
