Obi , any infos on Sampletank 3 ? can you guyz at least post the GUI !! some seen that at namm ....
 
Can you elaborate a little on how those sampletank 2 based instruments (sampletron/moog ect...) will integrate in sampletank 3 (fully integrated or only via imports)

Question for all the users including Obi and Peter :
 
i just found that on Sampletank we can have a " Chord" mode .....but what a pity it seems to not be effectif when you play from a keybord (physical) but only via the virtual keyboard on sampletank !!!  any comments on that ?
 
I'm an Obama when it comes to Chords ....this features is really cool and would have made me gain time !! 
 
Peter and Obi , any infos on its future implementation on Sampletank  3 ? why not on other Vi's ?

@Zo Nope, can't give out any more details. I've already given way too many on these forums and more often than not its just come back to bite me.
 
What I can say, the current libraries will be full readable by SampleTank 3. No, we aren't working on individual updates because all focus and attention is on SampleTank 3 for now. After it is updated you'll see more of what is going on and where we are headed with our Virtual Instruments.

Any input on the Chord thing ?

If I remember correctly, the chord feature only works from the screen not from an attached external keyboard. Don't forget the product is very old now.

Group buy is finally over, it looks like I sucessfully kept my GAS in check on this one.  It was a good deal, but I felt I already had things pretty well covered. I remain one of the few people in the world who do not have the complete set of IK VSTis.

Miroslav is my main intrest, but I already have the CE version and ST 2.5 and a bunch of expansions.

Would I need the full version of ST to be eligible for an upgrade to ST3 or would having one to all the other VI's count as an upgrade path?

Yeah, for now its only the screen. We have a number of improvements in SampleTank 3.

Well worth it at this price, even without the others, its half off its full price. Which shouldn't drop much, if at all, when SampleTank 3 comes out. It'll just be a legacy library for SampleTank 3.

Not much info for the public until we are closer to release. But any of IK's VI's should be eligible for the upgrade.
