As of right now it doesn't appear to be included in anything.

I downloaded the demo...very nice interface and sounds good in a quick "check it out" mode...

Oh yeah, I forgot Abbey Road stuff (ala Kings Mic) seems to be under separate licenses. So this is prolly not included in Mercury.

Looks like the J37 is included in Mercury. Installing Rev 14 of the Waves installer and lo and behold the J37 is under the Mercury package. Gotta love WUP. More than paid for itself this year alone.
