In general eponymous is one something that's named after something else.

Strummy, are we talking song--album--AND--band?

Does "In The Court Of The Crimson King" even though King Crimson isn't exactly the same as the album/song?

So, I'm guessing that "All The Young Dudes" wouldn't count because Mott The Hoople isn't the same as the album/song.

Aww..if only we'd done a cover of Tull's 'Slow Marching Band' on our first album!

Best I can come up with is Talk Talk by Talk Talk but the album was called The Party's Over.

Oi'm finking...

Edit -  - 'Living in a Box' had a single by the same name, on their self-titled album! Yay!

What is this Epididymis and how will it help my next album?

It might help put some real spunk into your drumming JB.

Ok, I think I got it … it would be like if George Forman’s children who are all named George had the name George tattooed on themselves.

Band / Song / Album

Fleetwood Mac / Fleetwood Mac / The Original Fleetwood Mack (1971 w/ Peter Green)

War / War Drums / War (1971)

Gov’t Mule / Mule / Gov’t Mule (1995)

... not exactly what you are looking for but close.
