I don't know but can imagine that being a luthier working for Gibson
as a very good gig. Getting to do what one loves to do and not having
to deal with the business...and probably making a good income.
I can also imagine how easy it would be to get an attitude if one doesn't
or can't progress through the "line" to become a luthier for whatever reasons.
Stuck in one "stage" day after day...and maybe one doesn't realize that they
are just not cut-out to be a luthier and it's....just a job.
