Sounds like Harrison has good support. That's good to know. Thanks Bapu!

They answered that email on a Holiday (yesterday). Not sure is support is US based or not so that may be a moot point. But, they did get back to me within four hours.

FYI, I found out that there is an issue with the 3D delay and possibly other effects where is the effect won't work with buffers set below 256. The plugin will stop the signal in the track or bus causing no output on that track or bus. Some have an issue when set to 256 also. If you raise the buffers it will work. Sometimes Mixbus won't see the buffers your interface is set to correctly and may be stuck at 192 for example and you won't be able to change it. Harrison is aware  and working on these issues. Just wanted to throw this out here in case anyone experiences an issue.

For those of you that have the mastering multiband compressor I found a very good video here on how to set it up.

It is a very interesting compressor and one of things I got from this video is how hard in fact you can slam it especially in the very low band and get it sounding so killer and punchy.
