$143.65 electronic delivery.  List Price is $399.00 (which I have never seen it sold for that much).

I don't know that I really need another huge drum library.  I keep hearing that SSD4 is THE BEST.  I already have Maschine, Stylus RMX, NI Komplete Ultimate (70s, 80s, etc), EZ Dummer, SD 2.0.

Any recommendations?  GAS intervention?

Anyway thought I would pass along the info, maybe someone is looking into buying and it's a relatively cheap price.

I have SSD4 and Superior Drummer - as libraries have become more available for SSD4  i find myself using it more and more often - I do think it sounds better than Superior and is now just as easy to use.
It is far more like Superior than maschine i think (which I have never used) and Stylus which I have used but do not find very useful. The NI stuff's OK but I find a little over processed, so again I do not use that much either.

I wouldn't say that SSD4 is "the best", but it's certainly debatable and compares very favorably to SD2 (my personal favorite for real drums) and BFD2 (which I like a little less than SSD4).  These three instruments are much different than Maschine, Battery 4, and Stylus RMX, none of which really excel at realistic drums IMO.  For that price, SSD4 is getting into no-brainer territory, even if you just want a different variety of drum sounds and grooves.  It sounds great and it's very easy to use - even easier than SD2 and BFD2 IMO - but it's still very versatile.

Would I have loved to get SSD4-Plat for $20? Ya, but I still enjoy it.
