Germans, you know... ;)

Nice set up you have there. Me, since I'm a guitar player first and foremost and my abilities as a keyboard player are, uh, somewhat limited, I can get by with a little 49 keys controller, easily tucked under the desk. But a proper keyboard w/ weighted keys and all would be problematic. I'm thinking that maybe that's where the whole network/cloud thing can come in handy - accessing your main workstation remotely via tablet.

I'm usually not much of a Fender amp sort of guy, so with the exception of the Mustang, I'd missed pretty much everything they'd released in recent years.

Since I've been thinking about re-configuring the studio and in regards to my issues w/ amps and all, I thought I'd do something I don't usually do - check amp heads and cabs instead of combos.

That's when I stumbled upon this little marvel (at least on paper and judging by the online demos - which isn't much of a reference, but, anyway...)

For $500, you get an actual tube amp (head and 1 x 12 cab), digital modelling and FX, software interface and USB connectivity. If it sounds as good as it seems, that would be quite a bargain. And a very serious contender for my little home studio.

it certainly would be interesting to hear how it sounds.. both normally and via its "speaker modeled usb" if its halfway decent it could be a great small studio amp..but I guess there is always th2 and gr5 to fall back on.

I have a blues junior, which I have had for a decade.. just wish I found the time for more practice, particularly since I dropped for a les paul last year... for me at least tis hard to remain competent at more than instrument with everything else going on..
