I'm totally just sitting here making motor boat sounds - lol!

I think this guy is too.

I don't know Craig. That looks more like a Naval destroyer impression to me.

IIRC right click on the clip and then (somthing like) make melodyne clip
(similar on how V-Vocal used to work)
Then.... oh heck I'm not at my DAW right now. I'll get back to you.

I tink i fingered it out,,
I highlight a portion of the vocal clip, and there is an FX something or other submenu with a Melodyne choice, then choose it and it docks melodyne in the multidock...I tried it last night

HOWEVER now some of my POCO plugs, in particular Voice Modeler dont output processed vocals..but since the poco stuff is discontinued ohh well

I've had Melodyne Editor and X3a brought it in with no issues.
( I think it was a month or so ago when they sent out the upgrade to 2. whatever for
around $49.00- so I had already taken care of that)

Last night I highlighted an eight bar, audio, bass part and choose the Melodyne FX
and after Melodyne opened it I saved it as a midi file. Then I imported it into a midi track.
I copied and pasted that midi track into Trilian and Omnisphere...very cool- taking an audio
track -turning it into midi.

Melodyne seems to have a little trouble with real low frequencies...grabbing overtones and such
but it's still cool because one can still manipulate the "blobs"...very good selection of editing tools.

With Melodyne Editor, you can turn your guitar chords or lead into midi and use with synth to embellish the sound.
Also, my bass guitar has a few notes that I seem to pull out of tune so I just run it through Melodyne to fix.  It is so simple!

Exactly.

Melodyne recently sent out an email with tips on how one can use it to process drum parts.
It really is an amazing program. Sound imagination.
