Looks familiar.

I wonder if it is Duende as a 2nd party, that transient shaper part looks like it came from SSL drumstrip, or a new code from EWQL?  I'm kind of thinking to use it with live audio; the audio would have to be sent to the play synth?  I already have the Duende so I won't be updating to that version for a long while, I don't think I want/need that much control inside the synth. I love their impulse reverb and have QL Spaces, I rarely use the reverb or other effects inside of play though and leave that for the channel or buss. Looks sweet though...

From their ad:

"These SSL audio processing tools are identical to those found in the SSL Duende Native Plug-in suite, for a fraction of the price, limited only to their use within the PLAY 4 software."

It's a Play 4 your wallet, it's not free for existing libraries....

That I get now, this not so sure about.
Although the SSL/EW FX Suite is included free for use with selected products after the introduction of PLAY 4; to use the SSL/EW FX Suite with previously released PLAY collections requires an upgrade which can be purchased here.

Duende does come wiith the $99 upgrade

BTW, not a fraction of what I paid for them since I got my Duende card from eBay for $75 and cross graded for free

If you need it it's a good deal for $99.

Not a bad price indeed, I really would like to try it to see if any other general improvements have been made. So new, I'm a bit concerned it may cause issues with my Code meter authorization of duende. I'm also thinking my next EWQL library will come with it bundled right?

Anyone try the demo?
