...the Realitone has built in scripted "rolls" and "variations" performed by a real player that recognize the most used chords in bluegrass (tho they need to add even more IMHO). In other words you just play a chord on your controller and RealiBanjo plays a perfectly slurred and accented roll. It's a wonder.
Agree with you 1000%. The Realibanjo has six role paterns with key switching. So it is easy to use several different patterns in a verse if needed. You just hold down a chord and the pattern does the rolls for you. My only complait is that there are only six patterns. I hope the developer will expand this feature. It also has different fret positions. So playing on the fifth fret sounds different than playing the same notes from the open position. Still it is a wonder to play, a joy to hear.
It is nobrainer for $29 if anyone is in the market for banjo samples--especially if you don't play a banjo. I really like this product:
