Thanks, Joe. I hope someday you show it us. Someone else can make a video of an A-800, A-500 or A-300 to see the controllers working properly?

Hi - I've done the video but can't seem to upload to You Tube - I've sent you a private message about it Cheers Joe

Ignore my earlier message - I've uploaded it now but not sure if you can see it very well but I can assure you that the display is at 0 when the dial is at 0 and at 127 when dial is at 127

Sorry JoeGBradford but in your video I can see clearly that when you start to turn the knob the value doesn´t change in the display (apperar MIDI CH 1) and after you rich 127 VALUE the knob turns more. Your keyboard have the same ¿issue?.

OK, Joe, this is an initial part of your video:

I only can see on your video that your A-800 works like mine, with the same problem I've shown (in a better recording, IMO)
You've got a surreal sense of humor. Congratulations!
But I'm very sad with this problem that I think is serious issue, because I paid for something I have not gotten, and Roland/Cakewalk continues to sell this hardware with the Pro of Professional in the A-800 name.

I may have a surreal sense of humour at times but this isn't one of them - I was trying to be helpful and sorry if you feel I haven't been - perhaps I should not have bothered taking the time to upload and post this - when I looked at my dials & sliders previously they appear to be ok - I can see that this video does not give that impression though it seemed to me when I was doing it that it looked ok. I have no doubt that your video was superior but I had a limited amount of time to do this so couldn't produce one as good.

I hope someone else may help but I suspect that being sarcastic to those who try to help will not win you many volunteers! Good luck with sorting the problem out.
