I freakin' knew that lifetime updates was too good to be true.........
I see the price I paid as the "normal" yearly upgrade cost. I just paid for two years in advance. Simples.
I haven't even had the year's worth that I paid for yet, let alone any of the "free" ones.
The offer always seemed like a semi-suicidal desperate cash grab to me, so I'm mostly annoyed with myself for allowing my natural cynicism to be over-ruled by the cheerleaders upstairs.
