@Jan - Rmix is gone but if you own X2 then you still can install it from there.

I figured as much--and I do have it from X2.  I'm just surprised how quickly it happened.

Because it's a Roland product ?

I'm sure that after his heavy meal the other day, Bapu's confident answer means that he is right, but the info for X3 Pro on Sweetwater site says it's included.

Mebee I'm confusing V-Vocal with R-Mix?

It's not mentioned anywhere on CW specs, but I would have thought that CW supplied the info to the vendors, so all I know for sure is that one of them is wrong. HTH.

Well, I'll be installing in about two hours but since I'll be installing with X2a intact I'm not sure I'll actually know the answer, so I'm leaving it up to you to suss it out.

I hit it yesterday...  Do you think you could use your NagBap excessive influence with the Mods to get this limit upped?

Well, out of the blue I have had a windfall (that truly brought a tear to my eye) that allowed me to become an early adopter of X3. It is downloading now. Looks to be 5 hours away though....

I am about to start a solo project (not the Straumpu & The CHC project just getting underway) that I will use X3 for.

I knew you'd cave....

I remember having to solder more ram chips into an AtariST to meet the 1MB requirement , that's how far back I knew Cakewalk...although I did liase with *swears* Cubase2-4 I came back to Cake when 8.5 worked much better than Cubase4.

Upgrading from X2Prod to X3Prod tonight, the wine is flowing, there is another 2hours32mins of downloading to go.

I may not be conscious when it has completed!
