I nabbed Starlight with the Content Club thing-a-ma-jig and this round I went with Angelicals.

I ended up getting Entangled Species for String Studio.  String Studio is one of those synths that is so amazing that few knew what to do with it.  I got Journeys last time and neither dissapoints.  Just wish there were more available banks or that i had the dedication to make the lush modeled sounds this VST is capable of.  Great sound design stuff here.

FWIW went with Plastic Pop after listening to all of them. Name itself was a major turnoff, but some gems in there with the inevitable presets you'll never use.

Yeah, same here (and same reaction to name).  Actually, a few months ago when the SONAR content club had the free AAS sound bank offer, I almost went for that then, but chose Angelicals instead.  Downloaded it (too late to change your mind) and found out I already had that one (I don't fire up UltraAnalog all that often).  I was pretty annoyed with myself, but this freebie has made up for that.

Yes, I got it.

I had Journeys from the content club, and got Angelicals this time.

Some of the sounds in journeys can be so expressive.  I was blown away by Ebow-lution  at the time, when using the Pitch/mod wheel/s.

And free is nice.

I didn't get anything in my mail, but I see when I bought the strum electric it was one of those AudioMidi No-Brainer deals, so I'd say I'm not in the official AAS marketing channel ... yet :-)

AAS are having a 15 year anniversary sale, so I'm just savin' up my pennies to get the bundle with the new EP4, Chromaphone, and Ultra Analog for $269.

That EP4 really is something else, and the Chromaphone demo is pretty darn impressive too.
No way I could afford full price at the moment.
Well, actually ... I'll probably have to wait about another 2 weeks before I can hit the bundled special.

I'd say the Lounge Lizzard and Chromaphone will save me a whole lot of time from "sample searching" while making a whole pile of stuff I already have, virtually redundant !.

Worth checking out.

Cliff, I got string studio as part of no-brainer deal but I was eligible.  I just emailed my serial number.

I'm in the same boat & haven't got an email either. Thanks for the suggestion, dub ... I'll try it as well.

Where did you e-mail your serial number? I have a few of their products and libraries, but never received an e-mail about the offer. Did you e-mail your SN to AAS?

Thanks!

planetearth,

I emailed my serial number to AAS. I just sent to the contact email on their site. they informed me that I had never signed up for the newsletter and thus did not get email.  In any case, they sent me a link to redeem with no hassle.

Thanks! I did it, and we'll see what happens. I have Lounge Lizard EP 3 and Ultra Analogue VA-1, as well as one of the sound banks. I wonder why some people got the offer and some didn't.

Oh well...thanks again!
