If anyone is looking for inexpensive and quality compressors Minimal System Instruments is having a nice sale (-50%) on their compressor line. Personally I love their products and have used them to master the album "Rising Storm" from Epic North Music (http://www.epicnorthmusic.com/) and I'm using them to master the second the album as well.
 
I grabbed myself the Punch Evolved and their Tri-Comp... :)

An 1176 emulation for $7.63 is a great price if you don't already have at least one FET-style compressor in your collection. (I haven't demoed these so I can't say if Punch Evolved is a great 1176 emulation or not.) One caveat: these are SynthMaker creations, meaning they are 32-bit only and probably always will be - if that matters to you. Demos can be downloaded, so you can make sure they bridge OK before buying.

I'm running them on a 64 bit platform and no problems with them here. :)
