4.99

OK, I'll jump at that but I know what they are doing... they are reeling me in to get me to buy the complete Drum Looper packs for 14.99. That does seem to be the best or easiest way to add drums. I am running Amplitude and Guitartone into Audiobus where I also have Multitrack DAW inserted, seems to work well and Multitrack offers an option of more tracks. The weak link right now is drums... so, I wil wait a little to see if there is a sale but the Drum Looper in Amplitude looks pretty good for iPhone/iPad use.

Darn it Obi, I am trying really hard to resist Amp 3 right now.  Fender and Orange have already drained my pocket book.

Question for you. I love the Fender Bassman in the Hendrix Collection, the brown model with the tear in the fabric.  Is this the same Bassman as in Amplitube 3?

No, AmpliTube Jimi Hendrix™ Anniversary Collection is a collaborative effort between Authentic Hendrix, LLC. and IK Multimedia. Authentic Hendrix was founded in late '90s, by Al Hendrix and his daughter Janie to curate and promote Jimi’s extensive recorded legacy. Jimi Hendrix was fundamental in the development of modern guitar amplification and guitar effects and heavily influenced the evolution of modern electric guitar sound. In only the four years between 1966, when he started his rehearsal sessions with the Jimi Hendrix Experience, and 1970, when he died in London on September 18 at the age of 27, he was “instrumental” in changing the way music was made and electric guitar was played, leaving a permanent mark on the generations of guitarists and musicians that followed. He is constantly named by guitar and music magazines as the number one guitarist of all time.

The models we have inside of AmpliTube 3 are different versions we have modeled.

Um... Yes, I quite well know who Hendrix was. I was just curious if it was the same Bassman. It looked the same visually. I demoed the Bassman in the Hendrix Collection and it became my favorite of that collection.

Yeah, they aren't the same bassman. But this thread is talking about the iOS version not the Desktop version. Sorry for the confusion.

Either way, the promo was so popular we extended the promo til the end of the month!
