Have a new V-Studio 100. It communicated with my computer once only thru trial and error. All settings are correct, set-up performed per instructions provided.
Have had e-mail tech support and over the phone support and Cakewalk couldn't figure out the problem.
 
So now my last ditch effort is if I receive any help from this site.
 
I would like to know if anyone has had a similar problem and corrected it.....or has information on a system that has work reliably with the VS-100.
 
Here's my info on this system:
- Dell Precision T3400 desktop
-XP Professional (SP3)
-Intel Core 2 duo, E6850, 3.00 GHz
- 4 GB Ram, 2.99 GHz
- Plenty of Hard Drive Space Available
 
This is my last avenue before returning the unit which will happen shortly I'm afraid.
