CAn you drag the midi clip into a midi track in Sonar X2. Used to work for me but not working today. I am clicking on the song title in the song sheet area but it gives me nothing to drag.

That feature disappeared in the latest version, I think it is going to be added back though.  You can Export the midi file and then load it into Sonar.

I use Jamstix 3.5? with Superior Drummer 2.3 and Session Drummer in Sonar X2.

It's a lot of fun.  I find this hard to believe.....

I called them to ask a question and they gave me a great deal.  Nice folks.
Haven't had a whole lot of time to play with it yet but I'm looking forward to replacing some of the drum tracks I've put together with some of theirs to see what happens.

Ralph's support is amazing!  Every song I record uses jamstix.  Here is the latest I am working on

I am an occasional Jamstix user as well. But I never upgraded past version 2. I primarily use it as a drum synth, and mostly for the percussion pack - shakers and tambourines and stuff. Agree about the great support from the vendor.

I have absolutely no idea what   means but I try to cling to my conception of God.

I've never see Jamstix 2 so I don't know what differences there are between the versions.  I've got 3.5 with the AI and XL paks and love the fact that my drum tracks change.  I hate playing with repetitive/robotic sounding midi loops but I don't always want to spend the time doing edits when I'm trying to get an idea down quickly.  I also like being able to feed a midi loop to Jamstix and having it build a track around that two to four measures.  After recording my parts I go back through and audition the different drummers to see if one has the feel I'm looking for.  It works well. Thanks for the feedback.

I wasn't aware that you could do that in Jamstix 2 Sunny, thanks for the question I'm going to have to try that.
Jamstix 2 was my first VSTi purchase when I first upgraded to MC4. I have all expansion packs and even upgraded to 3.5 but still have better/easier results with version 2.
