Mike,

just went through this fun.  When I hooked up my music computer to the net there was a pop up box asking to download the drivers.  But there was an option to say.  Maybe plug the ilok into your net computer and get it that way.  But who knows?  I'd start a request for help today.

It installs an app on your PC. I tried and failed :-( Their tech support was very helpful, but we couldn't get it whipped. But I'm ruining XP 32 which is an older OS, on an older quad core. I waved a white flag today and took it in to have it re-imaged back to a version of my C drive from 5/9, I'm not worried about any project data since then since it's on another drive. So I'll just go back to the licence in the cloud concept, rather than the app on my PC. That worked well for many years for me.

My DAW is offline. When I installed the license manager, there was no mention of drivers. This machine was recently reformatted and xp reinstalled so there were no iLok drivers on the machine. When I plugged in my iLok, the computer did the "do you want windows to find drivers for you" thing. I clicked on that and it actually worked. Unbelievably, I did not have a problem at all.
