Hi All

I know that this is a hot subject. I just wanted to bring you my experiences with the company.

After I bought the bundle (14 plugins) I sent for the authorisation codes. After about a week I got the codes and everything was working good. I have just lately bought another computer and transfered the harddrives to the new computer. No problem with the transfer except that all the plugins from crysonic were in demo mode or asking for an authorisation code.
I thought I was in trouble now. I contacted crysonic and they told me to send the codes that the plugins were giving and they would send me new codes.
I sent the plugin codes and within 2 days I got the codes I needed to activate the plugins.

I just wanted to let everyone know that it seems crysonic is doing a good job helping their customers.

Been there, done that.  Been screwed over too many times.  And then got the snooty attitude.

Hi Danny,

That's good to hear. I bought the entire bundle for ridiculously dirt cheap years ago, but have never used them yet.

I think you were wise to post that here and not on KVR.  Crysonic seem to be 'eternally damned' over there!

I'm not sure you would have made it out alive!

I have some of there stuff somewhere - however no longer installed and not used.
So if they have (or might have) sorted out their customer service, what are the plug ins themselves like??
From what I remember of their stuff, it used to be OK but nothing special - I stopped using them because they were a little buggy. I think I really only ever used the bass enhancer.
I see from the website that all the GUI's have had a big work over, but I wonder just how functional the products are? Also are they ALL 64bit now?
Would love to hear your thoughts
Nigel
