Didn't really notice until I scratched my chin. That means I haven't had a decent shave since yesterday morning around 5:30 am and it's now 2:02 PM the next day. Amazing how fast it grows out. I hope I don't scare anyone.

I've got to where I only shave about twice a week.  they don't seem to care at work.  I mostly work in labs, wear jeans and collared shirts with my shirt tail hanging out, tennis shoes and usually unshaven.
 
but I've had a shower every day!  and brushed my teeth!  I'm a good dog!

 I'm glad the dress code is lax there Beags. Truth be told I don't think anyone here cares either. It bothered me more than anything. I grow out fast though and I'm looking pretty skanky right now.
 I think there are different standards for you know, Beagles;) I don't often see a shaved beagle.

Maybe Beagle likes to completely shave himself, but that's TMI as far as I'm concerned!
 
As for me, I'm on about the same shaving schedule; about twice a week.  Some unexpected benefits are that my beard is far easier to shave, I don't get any skin irritation and my razors last for an insane amount of time (like four to six months!).  They used to only last a couple of weeks...  Of course, I live in the Pacific Northwest where, it seems, hygene and dressing nice are optional so YMMV.

One time, I didn't bother to shave for a week.  I grew a beagle on my face.  I had to shave just to eat my own becan.

Yes but I seen one on TV. It wasn't so bad.

I never missed a day, until last year when we were packing and getting ready to move to the US. I missed one. Then two... First thing I knew, I had a two weeks beard and it wasn't a bad thing.
 
These days, it's once every 7-10 days. By that time, I usually can't stand the itching. But I actually trim my hair more often than I shave.

If I waited that long I might be mistaken for Father Time.My impatience would give it away.

I haven't been clean shaven in decades.  I do keep it cropped and trimmed.... and shave the neck every few days.... electric shavers and trimmers all the way.
 
I don't look like a Robertson boy  although there was a few times in the past I was close.
