Just got an email from GForce that 64bit is out.  It is version 2.1.0 and requires the 32bit version to be installed BEFORE installing the 64bit.  For some reason I thought it already was 64bit.  Anyway, if you have not yet downloaded, go to your GForce account and check it out.  This is what they note about this update:

M-Tron Pro changes in PC version 2.1.0
  • 1. New 32bit version
  • 2. New 64bit version
  • 3. General bug fixes with late ProTools versions, Live and Cubase
  • 4. Shift + Layer Detune allows the transposition of either layer by up to + or - an octave

2.1 has been out since at least this past February. Looking at their download page, I think only the Mac version might be new.

Thanks for clearing that up.  I was surprised to get the email today.  I thought it was already 64bit, but with my vintage memory I did not recall if it was or not.  I also saw that it looked like it was for Mac.  Your post helped clarify this.

There is a Piano Bass add on that looks new and is free; the following is a quote from GForce (with spelling errors):
"A faboulous little pack expanding the range of bass sounds availble to M-Tron Pro users. It's free too!
Installation instructions, along with a pdf manual, are included in the download."

I am not sure if this is really new or not, but it is in my download area and dated May 10 2013.  So if you don't have it already, check your account over at GForce for the download.

Sorry if I misunderstood the email.

I don't think you misunderstood as I had the same reaction. Except I knew I had a 64bit version already installed and checked to see that it was the same version I already had (that I downloaded in February).

I did download the piano bass thingy though, and I do believe that is new.

I would not worry - I got the same email - logged into my account and downloaded both products (I have VSM as well) before I realised I already had them!!!!!!
However there was another free download which I didn't have, Philicorda for VSM, so at least it wasn't a total waste of time.
