I just got a dell 630 and re installed Music Creator 3, it starts slowing down with a stuttering of the sound either in playback or record mode. I checked the ram, cache, anti virus, stopped  all other running software, and I can't figure it out. Has anyone experienced this issue either with dell or other machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
