Yes, you get all the presets in the demo. So does the ValhallaVintageVerb, try them both.

Both V.Room & Vintage Verb are very good.

I had a bunch of songs already done and I went back and replaced the verbs with one of the Valhallas.
Actually ended up using VVV more than VRoom.

Valhalla Room is definalty my go to reverb and V3 and ubermod are also on my to buy list having demoed them.

Freeecho is also a great free delay effect that even not using the shift option gives great delays.

I have used lots of different ones including Breverb, Waves IR, True verb etc

Vallhalla though is always first choice. The depth of controls, amount of options and great sound mean it would be great at a higher price but at $50 it is one of the best if not the best value plugin out there.

I have both Valhalla reverbs and of late I have been using the Vintage more than room - However either one is my go to reverb - I have and used to use Arts Acoustic but there have been issues with that of late so Valhalla has taken over for me.
Cheers

I will look up Valhalla as well, thanks for the tip. I've never been satisfied with any reverb that I've used. I did quite like Altiverb but that one sadly is out of my league.

Breverb is pure crap if you ask me. I dont like it at all. I bought the bundle with TH2 and Breverb. Mainly because of TH2 but after my tests I dont think I ever will use Breverb again. To my ears it sounds cheap and harsh.

Make sure you read the Valhalla blogs about what ever reverb you are interested in.

The explanations really add value to the experience of using the dsp.

I just got VVV, I must say it is wonderful. Lots of excellent presets and good on any instrument/vocal. Room sounded good, but I think Vintage is a lot more flexible. Don't think I'll be using CSR much anymore.

If you are looking for a low cost reverb, you won't find better then Valhalla...

If you are looking for a really good reverb in the middle price range there are a lot of choices..

These are in my order of preference

112db - Redline Reverb - $150 - sits in a mix really really nicely and sounds very close to hardware.
Lexicon LXP - It's the sound...lush, warm, and inviting - can be had for about $130 or
you can get Lexicon MPX for about $65
2C Audio - Aether, Breeze, B2 -  very nice reverbs
PSP Easyverb is a nice verb for about $60

I've heard great things about Phoenix, but haven't demo'd it yet..it's about $200

There are a lot of really decent FREEVERBS out there also...

It's all a matter of preference....and the sound YOU are looking for...

And I agree completely about Breverb...I don't use it at all...if you want to do a whole lot of adjustments you can get an ok sound out of it...but, to me, it's too "metalic" and cheap sounding.

Bang for buck...you won't do better then Valhalla IMHO...but that's just my opinion...

Tell me more.. I thought $389 was a good price for PCM.

Thanks.

I recently pulled up an old project and was impressed with how nice the reverb sounded in it. Knowing it dated from way before VR's existence, I looked to see what I'd used that sounded so great. It was the Sonitus Reverb.

Don't assume that just because you're still using stock plugins you're missing out on something essential.
