"Lexicon PCM - It's the sound...lush, warm, and inviting - can be had for about $130"

Thanks.

Just tried the demo of Vallhalla room. I'm using the 64 bit version under win8 64 bit. I had some weird results here. The first presets sounded fine but then it started to sound really werid. With all the praise I've read in this forum something must be wrong. Will do more testing.. Anyone else had problems?

Really weird? Are you sure you didn't download UberMod by mistake? :)

I think I'm liking the V3 best... I gotta give these a longer test run before I choose though.

Having read this I double checked my version of Valhalla Room.  I also downloaded the last update to v1.1 (I was still on v1.09 for some reason).  I played with it for an hour and must say it is smooth and no weirdness at all; however, I am using Win7 64 if that makes any difference.  For $50 it was definitely a good investment.  No regrets buying it over a year ago.  You might try to redownload to make sure it installed correctly.

I caved again. I bought Valhalla Vintage reverb. I liked it best on what I tested. I would still like to have Valhalla room and CSR at some point, but it's nice to have at least one of these reverbs in the tool box.

I tried the demo and I'm sold. Bought it today. I never liked Breverb, it just doesn't sound good to me. ValhallaRoom will be my first go to verb now. It's a great sounding reverb. I also downloaded the free FreqEcho and it's very usefull. Good stuff. I'm sure to have them all at some point.

Yea I don't much like the look or sound of Breverb myself, I always thought TC's native M40 would make a lovely PC module

You can get theM30  Hall for $39. TBH, I like M40 better than Breverb or any of the Vahalla demos I've tried.
