So hello!!
This might be a funny question but im a bit stuck here and I need some advice please!

After licensing some tracks to video production companies for tv and web based promos backround music, Im in the process of creating a website as an online catalog with music for film and tv. When I made the contacts, I gave them the address to my website with my name.
I write and compose mostly rock - metal music, acoustic guitar music, piano and strings music cues and stuff like that. I have 2 friends that like to do electronic music, so I thought we would make a group with a name and include all the music in that catalog so we have a variety in genres and moods and promote that to music supervisors and film production companies.
THE QUESTION IS: should we create a new name like "bla bla bla music productions" and promote that new website? or should I include my friends music and names in my website that I already gave to the video productions companies?
What is better? the name of a new and website group with with 3 composers or my website that already has a few contacts?

Thanks!!!

What's wrong with using both?

If you already have contacts that are working for you and they are associated with your current site.....I'd keep it there for the time being. I don't think the name is that critical....I mean have you ever looked at the names of publishing companies in the songwriter's market guide? There are some bizarre company names in the business. Almost as bad as reading a list of craft breweries.

Add your friends to the site and let it roll.

Some people use weird names.

I'm just sayin'...
