Yeh, I posted that link 2 years ago. Since then, I think the folks who distribute (and now charge for) the plugin have been doing their best to rid the internet of any links to the older free version. Try this one.

BTW, after some initial enthusiasm for this meter, I've since stopped using the plugin version for mixing. SPAN does the job for me in that context. I used to use the offline version for comparing files prior to putting them into a CD compilation, but since I'm more interested in how they compare to one another than in absolute values, there are other tools that can do this just as conveniently (see Voxengo Leveler).
