While I am not a great fan of Custom Shop as an eCommerce application I did come to realise some of its advantages when setting up my new DAW. One install and running "Restore my gear" takes care of what would have otherwise been several individual installations.

Another maligned application is Native Instruments "Service Centre" but showed its worth in insuring I had all the latest patches. Doing the same thing with Toontrack involved building a list and ticking off each update as it was installed.

I installed and licensed Valhalla Room reverb in about 30 seconds... and I can do it on any of my other computers too. Any time any place.

I love the British Channel. It has proven it's worth ten fold on the bass tracks and the snare. I'm still experimenting with it on the guitar tracks and haven't decided whether I like on the individual tracks or as a sum on the guitar buss. A fantastic plug!

Thanks for the T-Racks love guys! We still have more stuff being worked on and they will be trickling into the Custom Shop on a regular basis too!

JUst tried out the T racks freebie...

I really like the CS Metering  and the eq  - any comments about the quality of these plugs?

Hey Obi!  I have installed the TRacks CS 64bit and done the "restore my gear".  Everything shows up fine.

Is it okay to delete the old vsts for the Tracks Deluxe and previous versions of TRacks  and CSR now that TRacks CS is installed and is populated and working?  I see that Tracks CS has its own dll's and know not to delete them.  Just want to clear up some vsts real estate in the plugin manager.

I'd leave them in place until you are 100% sure none of your projects are still referencing the 32 bit dll's
