I keep seeing this commercial for an airbrush makeup kit. Man, that would have come in handy in high school when my acne was bad. No more useless attempts to cover my pimples with Thera Blem.

Mom: Michael, you're going to be late for school!
Me: Be right there Mom, I'm just putting on my finishing coat.

Then there's that approach...

I'm not buying this rant!

When everyone my age looks like a bundle of random large root vegetables strung together in a net bag, with or without clothes on, I'm not going to be complaining about a younger woman wearing too much make-up.

I've been known to make the back-end of a bus look smug, I'm not sure therefore whether I'm in a position to worry about what the kids are wearing.

I dated a gothy/rockerish girl back in the mid to late nineties. She was was really hot but had some acne scarring and just went WAY overboard with the powder and lipstick and whatnot (she didn't need to IMO).

I'd wake up hungover the next morning with my lips/face completely chapped from all that toxic goop.

Pretty grody.

I don't know, I like an older woman who has looked after herself. There are some real hotties in the mature category. I quite like grey hair on a woman as well!

That was always my primary objection to makeup, even before Millennials started slopping it on by the truckful. Do I really want my mouth coming in contact with it? I used to hate getting kisses off adults with lipstick when I was a kid. Peck on the cheek from granny - yuck!

The first time I saw my wife with her Cirque show make up, I was impressed by how much there was... Although by current standards, her show make up is not that outrageous.

Fortunately for me, she puts very, very little make up on in every day life...

I had a steady supply of high end makeup (don't ask) when I first started annoying the very staunch and macho punk community with my shenanigans. I'd Cooper it up times eleventy right on stage with it. Again this was the REALLY expensive crap. It was horrendous stuff.

I prefer my gurls au naturelle anyway... or if there MUST be some makeuping the subtler the better.

Except maybe for really psychotic looking cyber/goth/punk girls that want to murder me while I sleep. Then it's kind of giggety.
