The MRI report makes for interesting reading, seems L3 to L4 not so good either and there is some displacement here to. The S1 L5 i/f is not that hot either.
Nice to know that the pain is not just in my furry head.

Yes, it is good to actually see and know what you have to deal with. Besides the sanity check, you have something definite that you and your doctors can work on. It sure beats guessing at things.

I'm looking forward to when I can afford one of the GOOD back inversion devices (you don't need to go completely upside down). You just need to decompress the back for awhile and allow things to move back to their correct places.
It's like my friend says "Gravity getting you down?" (He also says "Inertia holding you back?")
